Help us make it rightThis store is NOT a Better Business Bureau member and consistently gets the same ratings since 2007/2008. It is a family owned business that does not care about customer service because they are family-owned. We ordered furniture anticipating a long lead time and ordered early because of it. Our furniture has still not arrived and we continue to get no callbacks regrading status...or if we get a response, it's to blame everyone else. If I need to buy more furniture or recommend to anyone in this area, I would recommend an online vendor, Babies R Us, or drive to Richmond 1 hour away to the BIG USA BABY/CHILDSPACE and pay an extra 75.00 to get delivery to Hampton Roads. I have given this store so many chances to get me my furniture and they continue to disappoint. I will be filing a BBB complaint against them if my furniture ever comes in.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. Do yourself a favor and travel up the the Richmond store. The VaBeach store is awful, customer service is completely lacking.
