this bank refused to let my son cash a check for me from my account because his account is delinquent! I have not even had an overdraft in 8 years-go elsewhere

This bank sucks. They charge you an ATM fee on top of the fee that the ATM machine charges! You pay twice! I talked to other people I know who bank here, they have horror stories as well. ATM transactions and fees

1) The bank can close a card or account without notice. It is in the Deposit Account Agreement. We usually do this if a customer has consistently abused/overdrafted their account.
2) Limits exist on ATM withdrawals both in case of fraud transactions and also to help prevent the ATM's from running out of cash constantly.

Okay first U.S. Bank deactivates my check card without telling me until I find out by calling them after my card has already been rejected at a counter, then I have to drive an hour and half to the nearest bank to get an ATM card because this is all they will allow me besides checks.
