I live in DC. Sammy was the technician who handled the repair of our dishwasher. He was GREAT! Courteous, explaining what he was doing, what the problem was, and what he needed to do to fix it. Turned to US Appliances Repair after a not great experience with Sears repair. We had a dishwasher that was flooding and Sammy diagnosed and repaired it quickly, on the same day that we called. He was prompt, friendly and most importantly very good at what he does. So happy we found him. Now we known to whom to turn if something goes wrong in the house again.
