Dr. Pal has made all the difference in my mental state, he has removed me from unnecessary drugs and I have been stable and without any major episodes for years, he is very intuitive and can discern the causes for my problems, I now have better control with less pills.

The office is very small no room to sit. The office staff was unfriendly. Dr. Pal greeted us in socked feet, no shoes were worn the whole visit. His personal cell phone rang 7 times during the visit at which he answered one of the calls and kept looking at his phone each time it rang. His focus was not on our visit. All visits were very positive, so no problems to my knowledge with Dr. PAL and staff. Dr, Pal went out of his way to provide appointments. I felt comfortable, also

Would never go back here !!! Refused to see Dr. Pal at Sentara VB Hospital!!! First impressions make all the differences!! Not a good one at this office!!!! Would not even give a star rating for this practice!!!

I've been seeing Dr Pal now for 8 years and don't have a negative thing to say. At times I've had to schedule a same day appointment and Dr Pal has always been able to see me,sometimes within 90 minutes. Dr Pal is very honest with his patients.
