I don't know the first thing about women's clothing/accessories, but I was out with my daughter (she is 4yrs old) today getting some food from Pho Saigon and while we were waiting we visited Upscale. The ladies there were UNBELIEVABLY kind and super generous to my daughter and I. We didn't even buy anything and their customer service was beyond absolutely amazing! They seem like they take pride...
