Excellent customer service. Apparently you can't actually send a passport renewal form via UPS (I had no idea), but the clerk was very astute, and made sure that it was sent via USPS. Thanks to her, my passport arrived in time, and I didn't have to swim across the border to Canada. Parking lot is a bit dicey.

I live right near a UPS Store, which is great. Not that I use them all that often but it's nice to know that it's there.
