Beware this UPS store on Worman Rd in Frederick, MD will not provide a receipt when you drop off a package. They claim its not necessary since you can just track it online. That sounds great...

Stopped in about 30 minutes before closing time with a box loaded with stuff to send to my daughter in college. It would be her first care package and had some breakable items so I was concerned...

Always friendly. Never had a problem here. Been taking my packages here for years. No surprises.

I haven't had any issues with them and they've always been helpful with us. One stop shopping for our shipping needs and notary services. You get what you need.

Runs like a "UPS store". Can't say I've been to one where the staff are particularly warm, and this store is no exception. I find this commonality odd. UPS can you work on improving this?
