Manager or owner is rude. He told the woman ahead of me that she was lying about the price she paid last time to ship golf clubs. He said I'm the owner and you never got that price. Really weird...

This is the worst UPS store anywhere. .. I say boycott this store for the holidays and use the usps... My friend who is quiet and wouldn't say boo to anyone got ripped off by this store trying to...

I've never had a good experience here. Staff is not very welcoming or helpful. I use it now only to drop off pre-labeled UPS shipments.

What a terrible customer experience. The staff was useless, but what really got me upset was being charged to tape a box. If I wasn't in a rush I would have gone someplace else.
