Friendliest staff! When I walked in for the first time I was greeted by welcoming employees at the front desk which made for a great start for me at UVAC. As a college student who does not have the best source of income I found UVAC to be very affordable. I also found out they offer a scholarship fund for those who cannot afford the full price of the membership. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
Personal Training with Sean was a lot of fun. He pushed me without me noticing that I was being pushed. He made sure I was comfortable and pushed quality over quantity. He was very easy going and was fun to talk with.
I am able to drop my daughter off after making a reservation at KidZone. I know she is in good hands throughout my workout. One of the many perks to my Family Membership is that KidZone is free for us! AND- the last Saturday of every month is Parent Night Out! Totally affordable, even if you're not a member. Your child enjoys swimming, dinner, and a movie, while us parents get a night out!
I have a medical condition that prevents me from a lot of high impact exercises. The warm water pool is great and they also have a lot of fun aquatic programs to keep your workouts refreshing.
UVAC is so clean and everyone that works here always has a smile on their face. UVAC offers everything from swim lessons, to fitness classes and if you are a member, there are even more benefits (like free classes!!)!
The Upper Valley Aquatic Center has something for literally everyone! They have multiple places where you can enjoy fitness classes, activities etc. They have a lap pool, warm water pool and splash park, full fitness center, child care, family changing rooms etc. It was great there was a little bit of everything for every one. Can't wait to go back!
I've had a membership for almost a year and I am a huge fan of UVAC. I really like the amount of classes offered per week and the affordability of UVAC. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to work out. The indoor splash park is great for families looking for a place to have fun.
I found the brochure when I stopped with my family at the Welcome Center. The Splash Park was so much fun. What an unexpected oasis. Bright, warm water and lots to do.
Great place to workout - I really need a lot of variety in my fitness routine. I can take classes in the pool and the water is warm. Right now I am really enjoying Zumba and the weights. I think in the New Year I will hit the pool again.
