Diane Roberts is in charge the up center , the first day I went there(3)months age she said if I spoke up too much shed have my check sent back to s.s., ever since then my RENT has NEVER been paid...

Need zero stars as rep payee for my daughter's SSI. As a rule, I try to not to say anything nice but consumers need to be aware. Not sure where the problem lies, but seems like to me.....? New staff ? , poorly managed by management- staff doesn't know what they are doing ,rules change …

We had a 3 year relationship with this organization, originally named Child and Family, which soured in the first year.
