I know Stockton is not known for great hotels, but this being rated 4+ is a far stretch. The checkin process was fine, but the room was not so good. The first thing you see when you walk in is a fridge with a microwave sitting next to the door. Not built in, just free standing? Kinda link what is in my garage... Neither the clock radio or light between the beds worked. I called for a 5:00am...

Staff was great, but...

First of all, the staff that we dealt with was very accommodating and friendly. Thanks "staff", you took good care of us.

The room was OK, but the carpet and flooring were disgusting. The carpet was dirty (really dirty), smelled like mildew and the hard surface flooring was very sticky. Eeww. Wear socks, don't think about it too much, and you'll get through it.

for all the hype I had heard, the room especially was a huge disappointment. A king room on the first floor should have been called a shoe box instead. There was no room in the room.
