Be there don't pick up others and continue to make someone wait! It's rude and bad customer service

out of all of the cab comapnies i called in Suffolk, this one actually provided service in suffolk, i was stranded and this one was the only one to show up to provide service of any kind, not sure what happened with the other person who reviewed but this person gave me better service than the ones who ARE LOCATED IN SUFFOLK BUT DONT DO SERVICE IN SUFFOLK....

Could not find my address, could not identify landmarks, asking me about the city. DON'T YOU SERVICE THE AREA!!! How can you be a cab company and not know where the Suffolk city center is? Less than half a mile from your company! Terrible. Didn't even get a cab
