I would like to know what recorse a person has if they think or know that someone in their apartment building is holding their mail back??? My complaint is not with the mailman, but persons in the same building, as my box is on the same porch as theirs. As I can't prove this, I don't want them getting angrier as I might never get my mail!! Any ideas??

And no phone number so your forced to go there wait an hour in line to ask a simple question. Typical goverment run business and now they're running our economy, and to think these modern americans cant see anything wrong with it LMAO!
