This is not a true "hub" like Newark/Chicago/Houston/Denver, but it is the best place to get direct flights from United in the DC area. Service is ok for an airline, and the schedule is...not...

I want to write about United Airlines in this letter. I want to make this long situation short. On Christmas Day I flew to Columbia South Carolina from the Dulles Airport in Virginia. When I flew out I was denied bag check-in because I wasn't within the 45 minute time period. I thought it was 30 minutes in the United States I was never informed that it was 45.
