Rick's definitely has the best custard in the area. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Pretty much all the custard items are worth ordering. Having tasted each of the items on the [frozen]menu, I'd suggest ordering a Turtle, hold the nuts, add cheesecake. That's an amazing combo.

We decided to stop here for a treat while on vacation. Delicious dessert! Staff was very friendly. The outside eating area was very nice.

This place is so addictive. Im moving soon and this will be the FIRST place I visit every time I visit VA. There is nothing bad here the custard is to DIE for, strawbanna is my top followed by the hot fudge brownie with custard. You WILL NOT REGRET IT

Best Soft Serve Frozen custard with the best prices. One of the best barbeque sandwiches around too. It's another treasure in Old Town Portsmouth. Worth a trip!

This is a neat little place on Airline Blvd in Portsmouth, Virginia. The place is a cool hangout. The employees are very helpful, young, polite, and fast. It has a really fast drive through also.
