Uncle Louie G Restaurant Review

Uncle Louie G offers numerous fun ice cream flavors---like peanut butter Italian ice and Brooklyn cheesecake---as well as an assortment of gourmet chocolates and ice cream cakes. The flavors change often, but can also include such beauties as "root beer mug,” “cappuccino chunk” and “F.D.N.Y. cherry.”

This modest parlor serves some decent ice cream. Not particularly great, but fun and reasonably priced, with a fairly large menu of flavors. The way a neighborhood ice cream joint should be.

This is the best ice cream place ever. The staff is friendly, the ice cream is tasty. Uncle Louie's spoiled me, their Rum Raisin ice cream is one of my favs, and I only eat theirs. The owner is so nice, and might I add handsome..I work in the area and I look forward to when the hot weather comes, cause I know that I will be getting some of Uncle's best!!

This modest parlor serves some decent ice cream. Not "gourmet" or ?upscale?, not trying too hard to impress, not full of wacky ingredients, just delicious, soft, fun, reasonably priced NY ice cream to grab on the way, with a large menu of flavors. The way a neighborhood ice cream joint should be.
