Don't get me wrong I really like ULTA , they for the most part have great deals and is a one stop beauty shop. Skin, hair, nails, fragrance, makeup and much more! I've been getting my brows done here for about 6 months and yes, Lety does a phenomenal job! But every time I have an appointment I end up waiting 20-30 mins, very frustrating when I have work to head to afterwards. Also, it would be nice if the employees would offer me assistance if they see me waiting around for so long.
