I've been coming to this location on a regular basis for close to a year and customer service has always been lacking. If you ask for help at the makeup bar they tell you it's self service....

Disappointed with this location. Not all is bad, but I based my reviews on customer service. I shouldn't have to compromise on that. Today is the second day I come to this location needing help...

ULTA is literally the best! Especially on this location. I really like it this one. Every time I go somewhere else they really don't help out. Every single one of their employees help me out....

Everytime I walk into this Ulta it seems like the makeup ladies avoid talking to customers---kinda like they run and hide so they don't have to work? It has been the case EVERY SINGLE TIME. Even if they do walk by you they don't bother to ask if you need any help. If you flag them down they get mad. I …
