the customer service was horrible, the lady working didn't even show me where the bed was or the mystic and it was my first time going there. They have old beds and their spray tan is one of the first that came out. I would not recommend going to this salon and will not be going back!

u-tan at chester at iron bridge and at lee street has wonderfull staff, and best tanning salon i have ever seen because of its cheaper price, best beds and most of all best knowledge provided by the staff and the owner himself...... thanks to utan for making me look great,, and feel great

oh god this is the best tanning salon i have ever been, its about people its about service, and the welcome u get at u-tan at short pump location is mind blowing and u feel like u are at home ,,,, u feel great and look good, they are filled with all kinds of products and good thing about them is that thier sales persons are helpful and knowledeable, good environment good place to tan like it...
