We were told when we were picking up our trailer on a Saturday, that we could return it by 6 on that Sunday and not be charged the additional day. When we arrived at 5:30 to return the trailer, the store was closed. We were charged the additional day. When we called corporate to complain, we were told we would get a call back asap.
