We were told when we were picking up our trailer on a Saturday, that we could return it by 6 on that Sunday and not be charged the additional day. When we arrived at 5:30 to return the trailer, the store was closed. We were charged the additional day. When we called corporate to complain, we were told we would get a call back asap. About an hour later we got a call back from the "store manager" who asked me "if I could read" and "if I read my contract". He was demeaning and arrogant and did not want to hear that his employee messed up and gave us incorrect instructions. Don't go to this store, they are not taking care of their customers.

Pretty lax and easy going usual rental. Nothing spectacular but hassle free rental trucks.
A couple of years ago, I went to this location to get a hitch installed. It took way too long, they forgot my appointment, left tools under my hood and later the Kia dealership had to reinstall the wiring....
These were the most rude people i have ever talked to or delt with and they do not have the knowledge to help anybody
