OK people. Stafford is a small town. People talk...LISTEN BEFORE YOU USE KAZ'S. Kaz did not fix my car and Chris was clueless. Being a manager, he seriously acted like he had no clue while claiming to help but waiting forever without doing anything to fix my car. Cathy was horrible to work with. I went to Kaz with my Jeep. The wheel was shaking and it was squeeling when I stopped. Chris told me that my caliper was bad and I needed brake work. The mechanic that looked at it took me out and showed me what was wrong. I felt very comfortable having it fixed after that. They did a good job. I use my Jeep for work, and this is the kind of service I appreciate.

We have used Kaz on all our vehicles for years...Chris, Cathy and the other counter personnel are always helpful, professional and honest. The mechanics are great and always take the time to explain any issue thoroughly and make sure we understand. I will never use another mechanic. These guys are great!
We have had Kaz service 4 of our cars in the last 2 years. We had been pleased with their work until our last visit. We took Honda in for emmisions and inspection. Inspection wasn't due for 2 months but we just wanted to get it done since the car was already there. So... they call us to say that power steering fluid was leaking and would not pass. They took off our current inspection...
