The bill is miscalculated and you owe me money. I want a refund. I intend to take this very far in the U haul company. The site was horrible, mice were running around, grafetti on the truck, We had to wait 25 minutes to rent the vehicle and we lost time as the guys helping us had to leave. What a hot mess. Very unhappy. Dee D.

My reservation location was changed to this location without notifying me. This delayed me from the times I had reserved to use freight elevators in two buildings and inconvenienced others. I was charged for the extra miles incurred from driving from this location, rather than from the location I had selected. The van was littered with cigarette butts.

Don't let smoking in your rentals - my couch reeks of smoke because the last person to use the truck chain smoked and left butts in the back...
