Our moving day was a nightmare.  A U-Haul near our house did not have the truck we wanted so the clerk scheduled us to pick up a truck 25 miles away.  Rip-Off experience #1.  But it got worse.  We went to this U-Haul place at Potomac Mills in Woodbridge, Va. and when we got there there were also no trucks.  I was irate and demanded a bigger truck at the same price, anything so we could start...
