I reserved a truck the day before and it was clean and ready the day of my move. Easy pick up and drop off. Staff was friendly. Couldn't ask for more... First time I have used uhaul.

Terrible customer service.Never go there if you're in a hurry, or if you just value the time you'll spend waiting.It is a beautiful facility, but the people just don't give a damn about what they're doing there.
