Nothing. Everything was top notch as far as service. CSR's were courteous, speedy and timely when it came to taking my order and getting me on my way

If you want poor customer service, rude and disrespectful employees, racially motivated commentary and ultimately, horrid products - utilize the UHaul store on Appleton. If you'd prefer to keep your dignity and like to be treated like the paying customer that you are, then rent a truck somewhere else.
The customer service I experienced was rude from the minute I pulled onto the lot to the minute I returned the truck. I was greeted, not with a friendly ""hello"", but instead with ""NO CARS ON THE LOT"". I wonder if the city knows that they are telling customers to park on the street. ...
