I scheduled an appointment to have a hitch installed. Service was prompt, and the young man I dealt with at the counter was polite. Unfortunately, the service was not complete or thorough. They have towing and moving supplies to accommodate most people. Cashier was friendly. However the facility is a bit rundown and there are 8 parking spots and two are being used for their own vehicle needs. There is also little guidance of where to park.
