Went to pick up a moving truck that we had reserved a couple days before and they ended up giving it to someone who called in 30 minutes before we got there. They didn't even apologize.

Rented a truck from this location and it broke down on the way to the apartment. This process took too long and it was too painful. We'll probably look at another company when renting a truck in the future.

**does not deserve any stars.*** i went to this location and rented a cargo van. drove 14 miles, and filled it up with 3.25 gallons of gas. now doing the math on that, that is less than 5 mpg. now this cargo van is rated at 16 mpg. i went the the older man behind the counter and told him the gas and rpm gauges are faulty; gas because the gauge didnt move at all(past full the whole time), the...
