I want to say "Thank You" to Jim Plummer and his employees at this store. My dryer stopped working and I had no clue how to repair it. I contacted the store and they diagnosed the problem. They walked me through the repair step by step over the phone. They were so helpful and kind. I highly recommend this store. They saved me all of the expensive repair costs! Thanks UFIXIT! Lori T.

They were helpful in troubleshooting my dryer problem but when I paid $115 for the part they suggested and it did not work they then told me there were no returns. Even though I had just installed the part and was talking with the guy on the phone. Don't use this place. Information on returns up front would be helpful.
