It's ok, staff seemed courteous, but the feeling they were understaffed

Check-in was courteous and relaxed. I ended up on a concierge floor which could have been great but the concierge lounge is really only in operation when business travelers are there, so if you happen to come Saturday night/Sunday morning you're out of luck. There might be a Marriott-wide policy, I don't stay enough at Marriott's to be sure. But...
