The review posted below by CMOM S is a fraud. This ""customer"" tried to submit an altered contract - with certain key terms removed. This would have cheated us - aka theft by deception.
We refused to accept the contract, and she refused to submit a properly executed contract.
In the abscence of a proper contract we canceled her event and she was refunded in full for her deposit, The Better Business Bureau closed their file on this stating that we made every good faith effort to resolve the matter.

What a great party! Just had my daughters 9th here after a family friend recommended twist n shout! Planning the party was a breeze and I loved all different options to personalize! Pat knew my daughters love for Taylor swift and the most memorable moment was her singing her favorite song on stage! I didn't have to worry about a thing, pat and his staff were so professional and everyone...
