Twin Ponds Moblie Home Park use to be the best in the Area. Now its the worst in Windsor. When Mr. Langley had the park its was kept up and clean .Now anything goes. The maintenance person is lazy.. Sierra Communities trying to manage from Floriida its not working. THy never come to see how things are workng at the park or what the tenants have on their mind. You have to go through management and not Sierra Communities to get question answered they wont talk to you in Florida. The gates are fine. THEY HALF WAY WORK. Friendly well maintained community

We like the peace of mind of living in a gated community, we feel it is safe to let our children play outside, we like that strangers are not driving through our property. This is one of the only parks around that is pet friendly and does not discriminate by size, you can only have 1 pet and it must be well behaved. The homesites are large and we have a lot of green space. Management does a good job of enforcing the rules!
