I took my tv to these guys to get repaired and since the price was too outrageous for me I went to pick my tv up unrepaired. once I get there at 5:15 they tell me its not put together and they'll call me the next day once it is. they close at 6 p.m. which is plenty of time to get my tv to me. I should have read the reviews before I went to these guys. they have bad marks on the BBB also. I...

I don't trush these poeple to do what they said they do. I took a Samsung time lapse recorder in with a tape stuct in it.and wanted to get it repaired. $29.50 to look at it and call me. One mounth later I called to check on it, they said that they couldn't fix it. Hampton Roads tv, Same Day tv, and Factory tv ,are ALL the same shop, at the same location. Major ripoff. They low ball ya to get the call, then sock it to you by giving you a very high estimate. Don't say that i did not warn you!!!!!!!
