What a great florist, the flowers are so fresh and the employees are so caring. I have used them for over 15 years and will continue to do so !
I ordered flowers, two boxes of chocolates and a balloon on a Friday afternoon from Turpin's website-- very easy to use and well laid out-- and the flowers were delivered the same day by around dinner. No candy, no balloon, and nothing was said to the recipient about there being anything else to deliver.
I discovered the following Tuesday that while the flowers got there promptly, the rest of the items (a full one-third of the purchase price, or three-quarters of the items) were not received.
The owner himself hung up on me when I called to find out what happened to the rest of the order. I am required to give the merchant 30 days to complete the order under credit card rules before I can protest the charges for the uncompeted delivery.
I do not recommend this florist.

Beautiful, uniquie designs and the freshest, most beautiful flowers I've seen! I love going into the shop and picking out my own flowers from their huge selection, but I also love to receive the arrangements!! My boyfriend used to order from another Florist, but not anymore!! I got him hooked too!
