Wow....another great example of a "canned" response.  And, unless I miss my guess, this will be the ONLY response you ever receive from this company.  Oh, by the way, the word is WOMAN, not women.  Woman is SINGULAR, and Women is PLURAL.  Got it ??

I went to Tune Up Plus on Saturday October 29th at about 7:30 am.  i asked the customer representative if he could tell me what was wrong with my car because i was not getting any heat. he recommended that i do a diagnostic test which would cost 85.00 dollars and he would be able to tell me what was wrong.  I asked him 3 times before i paid him if he would be able to tell me whats wrong, he...
