Paid $50 for an oil change on a 4 cylinder car. When they were done they lowered the car while forgetting that they had an oil pan sitting underneath it on the floor. When they tried to drive it the oil pan was catching, so instead of lifting the vehicle off properly they stick one leg of the lift under one corner lift it improperly and drag the pan out. They bent my door frame in the process....
I usually get good service at this place, but today was not good. Only one mechanic certified to do state inspections. Got there at 9:00 am and was there for 3 hours waiting to be serviced; only had 2-3 in front of me; mechanic was very slow; stopped work on paying customer's vehicle to look at and attempt to fix someone's bike. My car was running REALLY ROUGH & after spending nearly a grand on various shops promising they could fix & didn't this shop knew exactly what was wrong!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!
I never write reviews but I am thrilled with the customer service I have experienced! They explain everything from the how to the why. I thought I needed my brakes done and would have paid them to do it today but they said it wasn't necessary yet. Unheard of for a mechanic. great deals and great customer service....i really recommend this place.
