New to the area and had my car break down. What was initially thought to be a quick fix proved to be more as the mechanics found increasing issues. The car was at the shop for 2+ days, and while I was not inconvenienced, they offered to pick me up from my house when it was finally done. Transparent about everything through the entire process.
