Just tried this place. It taste just like all the other fast food Chinese places I've been to. I would recommend the lo mein and sweet and sour chicken.

For 18 years, Tsim Yung Chinese Restaurant has brought Chinese food to the Del Ray area. Although the restaurant's interior is more conducive to take-out orders, it also has four tables for guests to dine inside. Portions are generous and the meals are inexpensive.
