I am happy to say that there was a problem, that ended up NOT being this contractor. TSD was quick to try to fix the situation. Karen was especially helpful in trying to help figure things out. Thanks.
Their truck beds aren't covered and a stone flew out & hit my windshield on the expressway... called the company and got nothing but a rude, unprofessional reponse. Then was hung up on. These people aren't obviously going to take responsibility for a $200 piece of glass, so I'm sure they won't take resposibility with their work either. If that's the way they treat people then I'd go somewhere...
