John is honest and quick. This was a very small job, but he took care with it and I would hire him in an instant for other work. He did not try to sell me something I didn't need and initially warned me about the possible high cost. When he stopped by, he said there was no need for the full replacement; he could repair it.
He's been upfront and honest and that's why I will call him again...
