Everyone who works here is very nice and you are helped as soon as you walk in the door. I often come here without a specific purpose & leave with odd and ends I didn't even realize I needed (this is a good thing). They have a good selection of housewares, tools & basic technology supplies.

Nice to have a real hardware store in the neighborhood. The staff are knowledgeable and accommodating. I stop here fairly often and always find what I'm looking for.

Let me preface this with: I know nothing about being handy. I came into True Value last Saturday looking for a drill because my apartment has concrete walls. The lady at the counter was very helpful - not only did she find me screws, a drill, and drill bit, she told me HOW to use everything. Very grateful and fool proof! Now I actually have paintings on my walls!
