A very professional company but they still gave the personal touch. I chose this company over another because Andrew made the job easier to get done and was able to make my mother in law happy! Her carpet had not had a professional cleaning in a long time and he was able to get stains out that I didn't think was possible. I hired True Steam to clean a couple rooms of carpet and an area rug. The technician arrived on time, was very friendly and professional, and he explained everything he was doing very clearly.
