my husband was going out of town and at the last min I needed to have my kitchen sink repaired. When we called them and gave them our information to have the plumber call us back and we still have not heard back.

Our shower started draining slowly and pooling water, so we called True Plumbing and they sent someone out fairly quickly (within two days - it wasn't an emergency). We were given status updates...
