I sent my pumps to Trotec a while back and got the worst service ever. A source told me they only have one 1 tech to fix all the pumps lol... Then he told me that they always use old parts, and bearings and still charge the customer full price. Later he said that the own is a phx fire fighter and sales pills on the side.
