I used to work at this location and yes this place is HORRIBLE! Even as a worker the conditions are really bad, i had to get out of there. And be careful about your food because ive seen some nasty things that even managers do =[

I LOVE Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but I HATE this location.
Out of the 5 locations I have frequented, this location is the only one that consistently flubs orders and has excessive wait times.
I recommend driving elsewhere unless you know ahead of time who is working.
