Tripps is our go-to place for steak in Greensboro. Steaks are good, prices are reasonable, and service is friendly. We have found that some servers need some training on how to handle wine but other than that we have had good experiences. The staek was better here than at much higher pricefd competitors on our most recent visits.

Tripps on New Garden Rd is one of our most favorite, dependable restaurants in the Greensboro area. Service is attentive and the food is always very fresh and very good. Their shrimp cocktail and fried fantail shrimp is the best anywhere....jumbo, sweet perfectly seasoned shrimp with outstanding cocktail sauce. Honestly, I've never had a less than great meal at Tripps.

A great dining destination. Great atmosphere for any celebration. Dining choices for any age, young or young at heart. Always save room for that great cheesecake and the potato soup always makes for a great start!
