We share a private drive with four other homes. Together, we acquired quotes from several companies, checked references, and consulted past jobs completed to repair and pave our 13,570 sq ft shared private drive. In the end, this contractor appeared to have the most competitive rate for the quality we desired. The job was scheduled during a rainy season, but completed within a week. This was a huge hassle because our drive is long and we had to park on the main road and trek with kids, groceries, etc. often in rain to get to and from our cars.
