They were scheduled to arrive between 11 and 12; the owner called and asked to postpone arrival until between 1 and 2; they arrived at 2:45. Great work, my only reason it's not a 5.0 is that a couple of things were left undone, such as sweeping under the couches and cleaning the fronts of kitchen cabinets. All in all, though, a great experience and I will call them again.
