On the surface, this looks like a great place, and unless you actually live here, some things you won't find out on a tour or website, so here a few things I've noticed. Amenities: Really nice gym, however, of the 3 treadmills, sometimes only one works, though the other 2 are plugged in. Also, they need maintenance on their belts are loose. Visited my future Apt. Complex. The people at the office were very nice. Took me to see different apts with not much fuss. Hopefully prices drop enough I plan on staying for a few years.
