nobody gets all 5 star reviews folks. Think about that. I had someone come out to my home..nice young man(was not Roberto)...then it took over a week for someone to get back to me. They said they lost my email.....and on top of that, what that young man told my wife and I would be a simple job just to clean up a few areas on a 4 year old floor, came back with an estimate over 3,000 dollars! This guy has been doing this for years and every picture I have seen from the work that's done looks amazing. I would definitely have tri-point do my floors.
